I recently replaced my frt axles and failed to notice that the replacement axles for PT Cruisers don't come with tone rings . Is there a way to tell computer to turn off the ABS, brake and traction control light off? This all started while getting rid of death wobble. Replaced brake line, calipers rotors ,wheel bearings, inner and outer tie rod ends, A arms and rebalanced the wheels . The Axles were producing an annoying light shimmy at 60mph. Now the shimmy is gone but so is ABS and traction control. You want a real hoot wait till you replace the shift cables, not one aftermarket cable makes them the right length, only one cable is correct, and the other is a 1/2 inch to long, Had to use 1/2 old cable and 1/2 new cable. Not sure if Mopars $300 cables are correct car isn't worth it.

 

I don’t know if the light is a bulb or not for the ABS but if it is, you could possibly disconnect it otherwise a piece of black tape over the light is all you have. The best way is to replace the axles with the correct parts!
