Axle schematics

Here are some diagrams of some axles broken down. I'll list them as I come across them and hopefully they help out some of us with our vehicles.

7 1/4 rear axle


9 1/4 rear axle (How it is found in most of the Dodge Dakotas, Durangos, and trucks.)

Not really axle but still part of them.

Typical 12" Bendix drum brakes (this is pretty coomon for most of the rear brake assemblies.... I think)
