How to find out about my car history

Good evening Mopar maniacs, can anyone tell me who, what, where, how I can find out about my car history. Chrysler tells me that a fire destroyed records of cars after 1967 model year. Want to know who the selling dealer was and who the original buyer/owner was. Any ideas? Probably can't afford Galen Govier. How does he do it??? Thanks

My son went to our Ministry of Transportation and got a full history with dates and cities it was sold/bought, for a reasonable fee. I can't remember how long he waited, but it wasn't long. Maybe your state does the same thing.

Oh, his '72 Demon is a little tramp, I mean it's been around......a lot!

State of N.H. informed me that I didn't need to know because my car is old. Ask around at local cruise nights, I met a guy that owned my Charger from 72-78 at a cruise-in and got some great stories.
