1959 Plymouth Savoy - HELP

Hi! I'm a brazilian fan of Plymouth Cars, and I need a HELP!

My english is terrible, but I will try to be clear. I entered the Forum to learn and share! At the time, I need help. My car is '59 Plymouth Savoy, the six-cylinder model. However, I noticed that the starter position varies between models six-cylinder in this year. In some models the starter is almost next to the distributor, in other models it is below. Someone could tell me why this happens? why this difference in the bell housing?
