i had a 81 z28 back in the late 80s nothing sleeper boout it
but to see with photos how cammaro440 did it is a great request.

Today I saw a ford super duty with a cummings deisel in it the owner got sick with the ford deisel said it was a piece of crap leaked fuel had no power always fixing somthing on it he said the swap was cheaper than a new truck and said the cummings was the best thing he did he says the cummings has not had any problems at all and the motor has a 1000,000 miles on it and his old motor was nothing but problems from.day one he said the power stroke was a power screwing him up the azz the dealer never got the motor right he was saing the cummings had way more power and better fuel ecconomy and best of all he hasnt had to put any money in it at all.

What kind of header issues? How are your welding fabrication skills?

I ask if you could build something. I got roped into building another set, this time for my son's '72 Demon and they are fenderwells. Fenderwells are so much easier to build, my first. If you have the under hood room I highly recommend going this way.

I'll have to show my Chevrolet purist friend, he'll lose his mind!

 

I got a 2 inch hood and it only clears the carb with spacer. The room into the fenders are tight. I all rake some pics of it. I have never fabricated headers but I'm thinking about trying to
