Does anyone know if any other Fuel Tank will work on a 74 B Body Charger? Mines got the hump in it and it cost a lot more.

 

You could put a fuel cell in it... But why? DO it right !!! Lots of emission changes during the mid 70's

 

That bump is the internal vapour separator, 71-73 had an external one plumbed to the charcoal canister.

The earlier tank will physically fit but the lines will be different or you'll have to get creative, depends on how original you want to keep your car.

 

Don't care too much bout originallity as far as the fuel tank is concerned. I've got the canister gone and everything plugged except the PCV, Brake Booster & Dizzy

 

If I'm not using the Charcol Canister can I use a tank from the 71-73 b bodies?
