Howdy all, I'm a newcomer to both MOPAR & the MOPAR community. I'm planning to buy a new Challenger GT AWD to help me build my credit & have a good looking car (I'm 19 about to turn 20). I live in Colorado where the winters can definitely get tough, and I love Challengers. I've been thinking of how I can get even more power while still keeping my AWD. I know that RIPP & a few other aftermarket brands make superchargers that bump numbers into the low to mid 400's, but I was wondering if swapping in one of those older Charger Pursuit AWD engines would work. They make better numbers stock, and I love a good 5.7 hemi. Plus there seems to be a larger aftermarket for them as opposed to the 3.6 pentastar. Let me know, cause I'm definitely curious

 

Your not the first person to think of this, have you tried to Google the swap yet. Maybe there's someone who has done it already.
