I am in process of taking dowwn a 318:
The lh cyl head is Casting no. 3769973 Book says 75 -83
Thr rh " " " " " 4027593 " " 77 -84
Obviously some one has been into the engine.
!- are they inter changable?
2- There has to be some difference, does any one know what it is?.
