Angry Hard turning cranckshaft when engine is Hot (mopar 440)

HI, i hava done restauration of jensen interceptor mk3, whole car, and mopar 440 engine is rebuild with new pistons, rings, bearings, new heads, valves, whole new gaskets, new MSD distributor, edelbrock 1407 carburetor, water pump, fuel pump and MSD ignition coil,. ignition timing is set to 10° BFTDC, and it goes with vacum to 36° like in instructions of MSD. the car start and crank fine when is cold. but when it worms up, when i shutdown the car, and i want again to fire up, the crankcshact is crancking realy slow, sometimes wont fire up until its cold. And also when car is worm temp is 90° Celsius, and the engine has no power, i thinking mechanical fuel pump is bad, so when it worms up, mechanical pump dont deliver so many fuel so engine working with low fuell. what do you think the problem is with fuel and hard start? thanks
i have a video file:

I’d be checking all the battery cables to starter, heat could loosen them and a heat soaked starter can slow down if weak and going bad.

A -

When the car is hot (and off), pull the air cleaner and manually operate the throttle.
See if A. any fuel comes out of the squirters and B how many times moving the throttle gives you a squirt.

A hot engine might be boiling off fuel in the bowls or lines.
Just a guess.

Check timing
it could be the starter is bad.
