My final hurdle, hopefully, is the reassembly of the drivetrain. I know I've been given some info before from PK n Brem and I appreciate it but I'm still having a hard time finding the best way to do the pushrods and adjustable 1.6 roller rockers. I really need like a step by step on how to do this. So far I have found on e-how's website, that I should set all the pushrods in place then install the rockers & shaft, placing the rod into the cup of the rocker. Then I should hand tighten all the retainer bolts to the rocker shaft, then torque them down 1/2 turn each until set to proper torque. Then I get stuck because I dont know where I am supposed to adjust my rockers to, should I just open them all the way up, should I tighten them all the way down, leave them right in the middle...ANY help is always appreciated.

Set yours at 1/2 turn after zero lash cause you got iron heads.

 

Thanks Brem but the problem is I cant rotate the motor. Is there an easy way to do that, otherwise I need to know how to do it without being able to rotate it.
