Headers and exhaust

Looking for header suggestions, 1969 B-body w/power steering. I presently have a set of very old Doug Thorleys. They are past there prime, v.v.v.old. Looking for quality of build, easy access to all plugs , and in this case clearence around power steering box. Not looking to break the bank on headers ,....but ....not cheap *** set either. Also, advice on size of piping from collector to tail pipe, 2 1/2 or 3". Thanks in advance for any help offered.

TTI headers are very good, but don't underestimate Hooker and some store brands. As far as fit, there's going to be some hammering/shoe-horning.
If your motor is putting less than 500 HP, no reason to go to 3" pipes, won't buy you anything over 2.5 and fit gets more complicated.
Don't forget good mufflers, like Magnaflows, but some store brand stainless steel knock-offs perform and sound just as well and last just as long.
