Help All Oil Dumped Out the exhaust

Guys,

I ran my inboard M440 today. Upon starting, the water behind the boat was a milky color. I shut it off and checked the oil. The case was empty. It had no water or oil. I checked the oil before starting and it was full. I took the oil cooler off and tested it. It had no leak. Do you have any ideas. I am assuming checking the head gaskets. Is there a test or does the head have to come off. Any thoughts.

The leak was on both sides, but the coolant to exhaust headers are connected together. So I can't tell.
