I was looking at the local classifieds for a Mopar and saw this '66 Fury, but I can't figure out what engine it has in it. The distributor is straight up in the front. Perhaps the poster of the ad posted the wrong picture to this ad. I thought I'd ask the experts to see what engine you think this is:

 

Wrong picture for that car..... That is a Ford Motor in a Ford Chassis....

Good catch. I was going to say the only motor I ever saw with that dist setup was a Furd..

 

I agree. A 66 Fury has a clean firewall - no braces. Also that sure looks like Ford valve covers.
