Smile Help me to buy headers

Hi

I want to buy a pair of headers for my 74 fury because they looks beautiful and I think it helps performance and fuel economy.

I was seeing this on ebay but I don't know if their will fit on my fury

Which header gasket will be fine?
What about to use a pair of flowmaster super 44 with them?

I would consider a set of good flowing manifolds before headers. Headers always leak and are a bear to seat and sometimes install.

But in some websites I read that If I use the proper head gasket it will not leak

Please take in care that in maybe 2 o 3 months I want to do some modifications to the engine to improve more power, including super prepped heads. I don't know If this can be important to make a decision between headers or big exhaust manifold but take care of it please

Thorleys if you want them to seal. If you don't care about a little leak, check out Hedman or Summit.

I don't care about a little leak from exhaust but only if is little How can I know if a header fit on my car? for example the headers on the first post can be safely used on my fury without heating the starter, steering box or other parts? (some friends have problems with headers made here and it heats the starter and it stop working while it gets cold

I'd start calling header companies and asking how well their models fit your model and so on. Footwork is necessary with this type thing.
