I have a 2013 dodge dart 1.4l turbo. I've looked for the specific part number but cannot seem to locate it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Obviously its the hard line into the turbo

 

Thats a simple fix for you..... Cut the plastic tubing about 1/2 down past the the blue tape you have on there...
Unplug it from the actuator diaphragm and replace it with a rubber hose....
Take the rubber hose and carefully install it over the plastic hose, trying not to break it, and then replug it back on the other side...
If the tubing it too brittle, then replace the complete tubing with a hose with some covering....
