How can I tell if I have standard factory rods for a 440 or if I have 440 six pack rods?

Most 6 pack rods came in Hi-Perf Engines.....
The 6 Pack rods are heavier rods than the regular 440 Connecting rod that are lighter in weight.
I use to have a casing number guide, but have lost it... Sorry

I had a set of six pack rods years ago, I think they had a large pad on the cap (my memory is crap). They're all boat anchors in my opinion though. Order up some Manley H-beams with the .990 pin, you'll never look back.
