I bought a set of Indy Roller rockers, apparently Iam out of tune here cause I assumed all roller rockers had Roller Bearings installed in the Fulcrum. These have nothing apparenlty they just ride on the rocker shafts like the stock stampings do. Can I run these on Hard chrome shafts or just run the stock style bare steel shafts?

Funny but not funny,, I thought the same thing when I just got my comp roller rockers in. Had to go back and read the fine print.

Two different brands.. I would email Indy and ask. If the clearances are OK ??? The comp replacements As far as I can tell ? Is that they are made of a thicker material

 

personally I perfer the bushed rockers to needle brgs . bushing have a lot more surface area & the oil is still the friction between the rocker & shaft

 

What about the Crane cast billet rockers any one use these?

 

well I ordered a set of rocker shafts from Indy that are supposed to be compatable, we will see.

 

Got my Indy rocker shafts for my 440 build slid a rocker arm on. nice fit.looks like its gonna reealy nice set up.
