Is there a reason you want to do this swap?

to my knowledge the exhaust manifolds will swap either way as the hot tip is Magnum manifolds on LA engines as they flow very well

Have you seen the exhaust mainfolds, most marine exhaust is water jacketed to cool. If not the boat would catch on fire. The only marine exhaust I have seen that is not is jet-boat headers.
