Oil Pressure Warning Light Flickers

Hi all -
The Oil Pressure light in the instrument cluster started flickering today and I'm wondering what you all thought? The flickering only happens when at idle or when coasting, it does not flicker WOT.

I have an aftermarket oil pressure gauge that reads over 50psi WOT, and in the mid 40's while off throttle. Oil levels are topped off. So, I'm not sure what the issue might be. I did have the oil changed about 200 miles ago however...

Any ideas on where to start or what the culprit might be?

the manual gauge is saying 40psi at idle... I would say the sending unit to the light is bad....
