Roller rocker tq specs??

Ok, so Im goin in to replace my blown head gasket and I have the tq specs on the head bolts and valve covers but I have aftermarket steel roller rockers from PRW. They are the fully adjustable kind so I am trying to figure out how to tq em back up after I replace the gasket. This is my first attempt at his so need all the help I can get.

Thanks!

On the lock nuts I put a wrench on them and then tap it with a rubber mallet. Have to do the same for loosening them.

Here you go. The first part talks about where the lifter should be on the cam when your adjusting it. The second part is for mechanical roller lifters and the third part is for your hydraulic roller lifters.
