smoke problem passenger side

I recently have had quite a bit of whiteish gray smoke coming from the passenger side exhaust.. I've heard it could be a warped head... or head gasket.. or possible oil rings... any suggestions?

First thing to do is look at the plugs, and try and determine if it's oil or coolant

Next would be compression check and leakdown test Does it lose coolant?

Might be a valve seal(s)

do you run anti freeze ? Smell the exhaust, if it is sweet the head gasket is leaking. otherwise It could be stuck rings if it has been setting for years.. Maybe oil guide seals

If it's blueish it's oil, if it's whiteish grey it's coolant, if it's black it's rich and if it damn near kills you when you breathe it, it's probably OK. Keep your face away from those pipes or you'll look like a mime, a chimney sweep or something that fell off the autopsy table. You've been warned!

Might have a bad spark plug.... Plug wire..... Or need a set of Valve stem seals.. Check the compression and see if it's good?...
