89 D150 Converter wont lock up

Rebuilt valve body and new lock up solenoid that is on valvebody.
Could speed sensor be a part of the problem or something else?? Or am I replacing the converter...?

Check for a TCC Fuse...... Also check the OD in and out switch and make sure it's working.

Where would the TTC fuse be? All my fuses are good. I had a 91 that had the OD button on dash. This one does not...
Thanks.

Oh...Your has the "D" with the circle around it?
Could be the speed sensor.
Check to see if it's getting Signal... Should come from the Computer.

Doesn't even have that.... But It does shift to 3rd but no lock up.
3.50 gears. But shouldn't be screaming at 65,0....
