Barracuda tranny options
Please provide feedback on best automatic tranny options for 6.1 litre gen 3 Hemi in 69 Barracuda. I need overdrive for road trips. Looking for minimum tunnel rework and something that will marry up to the automatic console indicator (P,R,D,1,2) I have heard that A518's are good but other say they are not strong enough... looking for input

But I agree... If you run the 48RE or 46RE or 545RFE... I think your going to need to make the tunnel bigger...
