Anyone out there have experience replacing the cooling lines on a 2016 Ram 1500 with 8 speed transmission? There is no problem with the fittings at the cooler but access to the fittings at the trans are nearly impossible. I had to pull the transfer box output shaft just to get my hand up into the area where the fittings are. The one fitting is very difficult to access but doable. The other fitting is located so far up and surrounded by other stuff that you can't see it or get a hand up in there to do anything. I don't really want to drop the tranny but I'm thinking that may be the only solution. Don't want to cut a hole in the tunnel or get Alvin and the chipmunks to help either. Has anyone done this before and how'd you do it? Any help is appreciated.

 

I think they lift the cab up on most of the trucks now days,... Kind of sucks that this is what has become normal these days.... Good Luck...
