Towing mine Dodge??

Nope. Unhook the driveshaft. What sort of "dodge" are we talkin about here?
The 72 shop manual says the car can be towed for a distance of up to 15 miles if speed does not exceed 30 mph.

But I am thinking about taking it on a transport trailer. Here in Sweden you must have the authority to take such a heavy car on the trailer, but it's probably cheaper with a fine than have to repair the gearbox.

Anytimes I've towed a vehicle on a car dolly, I've always disconnected the rear driveshaft from the rear axle and used a bundge cord to help hold it up off the ground and forward to keep the tranny from losing fluid.

I have never unscrewed off the drive shaft, perhaps stuck as hell, I do not want to risk destroying the screws. I think it's easier to hire a transport trailer and pull it with my usual car.

By the way, there's no one here has a cheap functional starter that fits Dodge 318 engine from 1961? who also know what it would cost to send it to Sweden .. Have found the mini starters here but they cost between 2000-3000 Swedish kronor (296-444 USD)
