Brake spring kit

I recently got a 63 polar a 4 door with 21,000 original miles from a estate sale. The car is like new but I wanted to do some basic maintenance before venturing out. I am trying to do a front brake job and have hit a snag in getting a spring kit. The car has 10'' drums with 2 1/2" shoes. I've tried several sources with no luck. Anyone know where I can get these?

Thanks for the info. I tried two different sets from Rock auto neither of which were right. Carlson said they do not have a set for 10 x 2 1/2 brakes.

The Centric kit you mention is one of the ones I tried from Rockauto. The top and bottom springs were long and the adjuster spring was bent so that it road across the face of the wheel cylinder. The guys at my local Napa have found two sets but both had the same issue.

Hummmmm.... Sorry, that kind of brings me to a dead end.......
Only thing i can think of at this point would be to take a basic measurement, and go find a brake spring book and see if something can be matched up....

Keep us posted..... Hope to help out someone else on this subject, if it gets resolved.... Cheers
