Disc brake rotors dont fit, 1970 challenger

Hi. I'm rebuilding a 1970 challenger. I've ordered some new disc rotors. My spindle and bearings are too big on the car, the rotor won't fit. Did the spindles come in different sizes? The application checker on the website I bought them from said they would work and they dont.

Are you sure it didnt give you choice of 10" or 11" Rotors?

Check the old Bearings and see if that number will fit the new rotor hubs? Check the seals also?

Hi. Thanks for the reply. The 1970 rotor, seal and bearings are all too small to fit on my spindle. I think it might be a possibility that a different spindle was put on this car as a disc brake upgrade or something. I have ordered a seal from a 1973 challenger, to see if it fits my spindle. I think the 1973 spindles might be larger. Hopefully then, ,I can order the rotors and bearings to fit too, from a 73. I guess the other parts will be going on ebay. Thanks. Time will tell.

Well, the seals I ordered for a 1973 challenger definitely are the correct ones. They fit my spindles, so rotors and bearings are now ordered. Looks like were making progress, it was definitely converted to discs. Thanks for the help! Now all I have to do is figure out what kind of discs they put on the rear with a Dana 60. Buying a used racecar with no information available is not easy sometimes.
