steering column seal

Hello all, have a 70 Barracuda, recently done but when driving I noticed that at the base of the steering column where it meets the firewall, I could see daylight. No wonder, exhaust fumes were so strong! Not sure what seal is required down there (guess I'll have to pull the column?). Is there an obvious part number I should be looking for? Plenty of seal #s and retainer clip #s but I'm not sure which to select. Any suggestions (btw, it's 727 auto with 383 and console shift)?

There is a foam type gasket between the body and the steering column bracket. There is some adjustment Take the lower plate loose and the upper dash bolts loose. You might be able to move it a little. The gasket you can probably make one
