Strut rod/sway bar bushing 67 Fury VIP

Hello friends- I'm working on a full front end refreshment of my 1967 Fury VIP 383 and I'm having trouble finding a replacement for a blown out bushing. Everything on car is original...I've attached a couple of pics of the original in place on the car.. The lower strut rod goes through the bushing and the flat end of the sway bar sits on top of the same bushing, and the two are clamped in place with a 2 piece clamp and two bolts. I've checked Moog, and many other places for this bushing and I'm starting to lose faith that it is still manufactured. I need two, one for each side.

Any help will be great.. Perhaps someone has 2 NOS pieces laying around?

Thanks all, GG

This is the view from rear.. The shadow makes it hard to see the line/separation between the sway bar end and the bushing, which is same as front.

Joy! This is it: http://www.moog-suspension-parts.com/moog-k7064

Its new fangled design was throwing me off. This even states "from strut rod to sway bar"...

Thank all for checking in..

Hmm, now I wonder if it's made of polyurethane...
