Vibration in front drums

Long story, replaced the upper and lower ball joints, inner n outer tie rods, center link and idle arm. All went good I took the front drums off and spindle to gain access to everything. Put everything back together and double checked and the bolts and torqued the bearing nuts while spinning the drum down to 20ftlbs and backed it off a hair. Took the truck to go get aligned and noticed a vibration from the front while braking. Anyone have I put what it could be? Thanks

Another thing when I installed the upper ball joint I tighten the ball joint up and noticed it would not get stay tight it would get snug the loose again would this cause vibration while braking. No vibration while driving and steering.

Did you happen to get the drums swapped side to side? Or forget a part? Maybe you have them to tight. The castle nut is what keeps them tight not the fact that you tighten the nut, that just sets the bearings, the hub must turn freely.

I didn't swap them that's for sure but I thought about it lol. I torqued the actual nut down to 20ft lbs the. Put the other nut over the nit and backed it off just a little to set the pin.

You don't want set the nut to tight that holds the drums on, try backing off one more grove for the cutter pin and see if it makes a difference. Otherwise you might have to take it back apart and look at bearing races.
