1960 Dodge Dart pioneer

Hello, im currently working on my Pioneer, ans i noticed hole running along the dash on the passenger side. I saw pictures and it looks like theres a pad that needs to be installed acting as a "airbag". Can anyone help me find this part? Please?? Thank you!
