The black vinyl on my 68 roadrunner dash is blemished and has minor hairlines in it. Cleaning does not help. Any suggestions on how to improve its appearance would be greatly appreciated.

is it just the top-dash pad-picture? if its just the top then you can replace just the dash pad-not that bad of a job, if its the front or another part-just dashes like bremereric said-seen some of there work looks pretty impressive
