Radio doesn't function (although radio works when I tested it in my 2006 dodge stratus) all fuses intact as well as replaced, key fob don't function, and the oddest thing which has my father puzzled (he's a retired 30 year master machanic) is that when the key is not in the on position nothing functions i.e. electric doors, locks, interior lights nothing but when you turn the ignition on everything but the radio and the key fob function...and what's weirder is if you put the key it accessory mode (the key back one from off) nothing functions...and the tip of the iceburg is when you turn off the vehicle there is a 3 to 5 second delay before all electrical accesrories turn off including headlights and interior lights but ironicly the cigarette lighter still works....someone please help I don't want to take this to a dealer unless I have to...as I have to pay out of pocket (no warranty)

 

In the Fuse Box..... Test the ISO fuse.... Thats the one next to the 2 yellow winged air bag pull out fuses....
The one you want to check is the Black winged ISO fuse... It is more than likely blown....
