turn signals and flashers????

I've been getting frustrated with the right turn signal on my '67 Coronet. When I lift the turn signal lever to indicate a right turn, the dash light comes on as well as both front and rear signal lamps but they will not flash. When I push the signal lever down to indicate a left turn the lamps flash correctly. When I flip on the hazard switch, all 4 lamps flash correctly.

Could on of you fine folks help shed some light on this issue?? Thanks in advance!!

Sounds like a short in the flasher control switch in the steering column.
But could be a short anywhere downstream as well.

I think Vroc has a bad turn signal flasher or Turn Signal Switch>>>>>>
And I think Geekand son has a bad Turn Signal switch and a ground issue to handle.
