hi guys.. i am new to the site and mopars.. just bought a 1965 fury III 2 dr. hardtop for resto. i need new door/trunk locks but am having a hard time finding a set.. a guy on ebay wants almost $200... i notice that the 1966 mopar lock sets are not as expensive but im not sure if they will fit my car..

any info or advice is highly appreciated!!!

Have you checked with Year One ?

 

Check with Automotive locksmiths , Briggs & Stratton used to make all the North American locks & they were still available a few years ago , maybe a locksmith has a new set in stock still , I think 65 was the last year for the large face locks , they went to the smaller ones 66 - late 80s

 

It's too old car model, i think it is difficult to found its lock set. Have old lock set out of order or just useless ?
One place where you can find it that is the old market of car parts. Scrap market have all type of parts for all models.
last time my grand father cars wheel got from scrap market at a reasonable price.
