Interior Chrome

I am restoring a 1955 Dodge Royal. I let myself get talked into having all the chrome trim pieces for the interior powder coated. The dash pieces, the door handles, etc. Well, the powder coating oven caused the pieces to release some serious gas bubbles, essential leaving everything with huge pits in them. Does anyone know of a way to fix these now? The only alternative I can think of is to scrap it all and build a custom dash.
