Are the rubber stoppers removable on a 1974 Plymouth Duster

They are called bumperettes and yes, they are removable. Chrome bumper bolts, similar to carriage bolts, would be used to fill the holes.
But let me tall ya a little story:
My 74 Charger has the same bumperettes from and back. My mechanic was after me to take them off, as it didn't have that "muscle car" look. OK, they stayed on - hey, I like them. A few years later while stopped at a light, going back to the guy's shop for an inspection, a nice little old lady decided to tap me on the rear. They work, so think twice before removing them.
I have more interesting stories, but like I said, think twice...
