The suspension was changed drastically in 1973. Virtually nothing swaps over.
If you are referring to body panels, you CAN swap an entire front end. (Some call it a front clip or a doghouse)
To do this, you'd need to swap everything over because the fenders fit the same year hoods, valances, grille, etc.
