I have a 1956 Dodge D500 with a 354... there's lots of argument and confusion that only a 318 was available that year but this car was apparently a leftover that was special built for Karl Kiekhaefers NASCAR team (he wanted a 354 in the Dodge due to its shorter wheelbase that the 300)... this is all word of mouth from both previous owners... the car was professionally appraised this past year and was rated as #2 fine condition... I'm asking $28,500... car is painted and has all the decals of the vintage stock car but was never raced (street legal, working lights, no rollbar)... Mods feel free to move this to a forum where somebody may have more information about the engine/year combo, it seems to cause a lot of confusion and argument... I look forward to hearing from somebody that knows more about the car and hopefully a buyer!.... the car belonged to my father who passed away this year and was an avid NASCAR fan... he LOVED the car, he would want to see it go to someone that loved it just as much... thanks for reading
