65 Sport Fury 426 Hemi
1965 Plymouth Sport Fury, 1966 dated 426 Hemi and 727 trans just rebuilt 50 miles ago, motor is mild build with 2 Edelbrock 600's sitting on top, flowmaster 40 series mufflers, 8 3/4 with 3.55 sure grip, cragar s/s wheels, car has one 1st of class last 2 years at Mopars at the battleship. $25,000 OR looking to trade for 69 Dodge Dart or 70-71 Challenger or Cuda. Hey mopow3r, I suspect you sold this a long time ago but I'm wondering if that 426 Hemi was the original engine? One of the guys where I work (Central Ave. CDJR) swears that real Hemis they didn't come in the 65 Sport Furys, just the "non-Hemis." Any thoughts? Was yours numbers matching?
