Stock wheels.. Correct torque spec?

7/16 Stud 55 Foot Pounds
1/2 Stud 65 Foot Pounds

Correction made..... One should have read 65 ft. lbs.

 

This is one of several reansons I quit going to Les Schwab Tire. They "use" torque wrenches, but the 'way' they use them is to first "rattle gun" the lug nuts on, then grab a torque wrench, and "who knows" what they are set to, then click them two--three times, and them jump up and down on them with their weight!!!

There are other reasons.............Actually, I'm at a delimma. I've no idea who to go to next. Went to Perfection Tire exactly once before I abandoned them. Explained to them why I'd quit with Schwab, and told them "here's your chance" so they proceeded to sell me a new set of tires and didn't balance the front two tires properly and I drove all of 20 miles before I had to go right back!!!

The next joint I went to, was looking for tires for the Dart, and the guy in there didn't know WTF "diameter" meant!!!!!

 

So what you are saying is... There all Potato Heads out that way....lol
