66 dodge dart Help!

I think it's cool that my first ride a 66 dart! Just need some help. I am looking for some good rims. They're a specific size as you guys are aware of. (5x4) bolt pattern. I saw American racing had the outlaws with that size but i only found that. Either I'm not looking hard enough or that's it. Also is 14" the biggest rim size I can do with out modification?

Thanks a ton!

What ever you do, don't get rid of your original rims! I had a 66 Dart GT and man did I take a hit at resale time. People still want the option of using the original rims, so don't throw them away!

hey my first ride was a 64 dart gt also sir. owned it since i was 11. thats really the only wheel i can come accross too. but crager makes a few sets also. and you can deffinately go with a bigger rim without modification. i havent done it yet but those wheel wells are big enough for anything. lol. im thinkin 16s or 17s for mine with some fatter tires on the back with a slight couple inch lift shackle in the back.

No. No Ford ever used the 5 x 4" bolt pattern. In fact so far as I'm aware, NO other car used the 5" pattern. People "try" to claim that the K cars did but this pattern is in fact metric and is a few tens of thousands of an inch "off" and does not in fact fit properly.

They may have had the same bolt pattern But the center register was smaller on the OEM Ford wheels . Aftermarket wheels were?
