It sure is. My mom took the plates off her truck, threw them in the back window and too it for a spin around the block this afternoon.

Good work, I remember when mine looked like that. You'll be done sooner than you think.

I am hoping so. My mom really wants to bring it to some shows all over the state. I just want to cruise in it. My dad just wants it out of his garage and driveway.

Unhappy

I've had no time on the Valiant for almost two weeks now. With everything going on with the house, I've had no time for it. I'm hoping that i'll be able to get some work done onit either this week or at least on sunday if nothing else.

Looks like I will finally have some time for the Valiant this weekend. I'm hoping to get the instrument cluster installed, flasher fixed and figure out why the left front brake is locking up on me.

Well it sure has been quiet some time since this thread was writen in. I actually got the grill back on, along with the side marker lights and emblems.

Not onto the bad news. It looks like I am going to have to sell the Valiant.

With everything else going on at the house and being very limited on space, I might not be able to keep it. Only good thing about this is that my father said that he only wants it to go if I can get my price and not a penny less. If not, then we'll think of something.

With no luck and a bunch of "low ball" offers, I still have the Valiant.

I know that it needs shocks all around, has an exhaust leak in the mid pipe and I need to bleed the brakes and go from there with adjusting/finding issues. From there I'll see what else she wants done and what kind of money I have to put into her. Paint is a definite along with touching up some of the body work and I need to get the interior back together.

A lot of what is going to happen with her depends on what is going on after the wedding (April 30th) and how much a new roof is going to cost (new plywood and all - done right). Shocks, exhaust, and brakes are a definite though.

I put KYB gas shocks on my dart and they seem to work pretty good.

I'm looking at the same brand for the Valiant.... once all the snow goes away.

I am hating it this year. At least 50% of it is gone right now but there is still about a 6' snow bank blocking in the car and it's four wheeling capabilities are not that great.
