73 Scamp v8 conversion

I've had a good running 360 engine and trans I took out of a 72 RV and I've been keeping my eye out for a car to put it in. I have a line on an all original 73 Scamp that is a 6cyl, auto with disc brakes and the bigger wheel bolt pattern. I've only seen pictures. Not sure what rear it has. Just wondering what all involved in this swap. Will I need to get a heavier torsion bar?

You can use the 6 bars, But it is better to use the bigger bars... Conversion kit and a little cutting is the cheapest way to make it happen....

6 bars work especially when you use aluminum intake, headers to save a little weight on the front. There's about one hundred pounds difference between the six and the 360. If it's got the 8.25 rear end it will handle a mild small block.
