need help cant get any spark

i have a 70 dart just swaped my slant 6 with a 360 with elictronic distibutor everythings new even the brain box and i wired it up just like it says but i stilll cant get a spark i had one for a little bit so i put the spark plug back in and still nothin so i pulled it back out and agian no spark can somone please help me

should i just go ahead and take the electric distributor out and put a points distributor in ?

first check the pickup plate in the distributor (the part with the small harness coming off of it) had one go bad immediately when i did the electronic swap, 25 buck later i was back in business

just a silly question but do you have the ground wire hooked up between the block & the body? I saw this happen onece before after a neighbor tried for two weeks to get it started & thats all it was.

What do you have for a conversion? is it complete? What does it replace?
