I have a 65 dart that has power steering. I have removed it and want to replace it with manual steering. There is a difference in the linkage from the column to the steering box (Since the power steering box is longer). How do I get the P/S linkage off the column and replace it with the longer manual linkage? The shop manual has zero info on this and I'm hoping that Chrysler didn't build different columns for power and manual steering cars.

Any thoughts?
