I was just surfing the internet and came across the One lap car we ran in 1998. This picture is on the official "one Lap" website. This was the very first "project Dart" Supercharged 360 and super tight suspension. This is one of the few cars I wish I never let get away.

For those of you not famillar, One Lap Of America is a "race" event around the country from race track to race track running timed events and overall points wins. We finished third in class and about the middle of the field overall. the results, and the route, everything is posted on the site. Check it out:

These were road courses, not drag racing, go ahead click the link all the stats are there. The most exciting was the challenge of getting to the next event first. Of course there were no points for this but everyone enjoyed the challenge.

 

I think we all go through the kicking of our ars on the cars we let go -- at least i have is that a 72 dart ??
