Looking good.

What are you doing for wheels and tires? Are you going to clean up the ones you have?

Its pretty hard to get 5x4" wheels this part of the world. Everything is metric 108mm, 114mm etc. So Im gonna paint the wheels white and put the dog dish on. Something like this:

: Questions for everyone: Look at the pictures of the Dodge ... is it just me that think the black top looks just "right" for this colour combo? Im going for Tan/brown top only becoz if black it will be super hot. But... this black top looks NICE to me! What do you think? Black or Tan top?? Comments pls...

I like the black top; and since its a convertible, you dont have to worry about it being hot

Funny that your are having second thoughts on the color. I am doing a 69 Satellite Convertible. It had a black top in it and was considering a tan one in the future. After I put the black one back on, I'm going to wait and drive it this summer before I order a new one.

Wouldn't painting over the weight on the rim be a problem? Unless the tire is put on exactly where it needs that weight there, won't it have to come off and reveal a non-painted area below it?

Hopefully that guy didn't drop any ash on the car or scratch the paint with his boot!

Looking good though. Almost done.
