2013 Charger 300 Turn Signal - Wiper Switch

Hi - Having trouble with this multi-function switch ... any tips on repairing or replacing these ? Looking for a used module for a 2013 Charger.

I'm not 100% sure it applies to the 2013? but some have said the "Clock Spring" fixed the issue?
