904 TORQUE CONVERTER

DOES AYNONE KNOW THE STALL SPEED FOR A 904 BEHIND A SLANT 6 AND WILL THIS WORK BEHIND A 340 V8

The converter will work BUT you will need a 904 LA small block trans.So why not use a 727 because Seriously with a 340 you need a 727 trans
